RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is Your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All orders must be made through our online store and cannot be made over the phone. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
My Item Arrived Damaged/Defective, What Should I Do?
Do you believe your glasses have arrived defective? At times, when using higher grade materials, such as acetate, parts of the frame can become bent or misshapen. We will exchange any frame that is not satisfactory. Optometrists are also able to fix the frame as well.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I Exchange my Glasses For Another Pair?
Any orders made within 30 days are eligible for free exchanges. Just simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to state which item you would like to exchange and you will receive a return label. Once the frames are received, the exchange pair will be sent out with tracking information.
I Received the Wrong Item, What Should I Do?
If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue.
Can I Try on a Pair of Glasses?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer a try-on program. If the frames ordered do not fit to your liking, an exchange can be made with no hassle.
The Style I Want is Sold Out, How Can I Order Them?
If the style you want is currently out of stock, no worries! All styles out of stock are usually replaced within one week.
What is the Lifetime Warranty?
Your BLNQ frames are covered under our BLNQ lifetime warranty for as long as you own them. Our warranty covers all problems (except scratched lenses) related to manufacturing defects that occur while you own the frames. If they break under normal usage, we’ll fix or replace them for you—just send us your damaged frames and $14, which covers shipping and handling and we’ll send you a brand new pair or the equivalent if we’re out of stock. Our priority at BLNQ is to ensure all customers feel satisfied with our products. If you aren’t satisfied with a product, an exchange or return can be made with no questions asked.
Does BLNQ Offer Readers or Prescription Lenses?
All frames bought through BLNQ can be fitted for optical quality frames. All frames can be taken to an eye specialist or optometrists. We currently do not carry readers, prescriptions, or bifocals.
How Can I Determine My Fit?
BLNQ’s sizing is based on three frame sizes; small, medium, and large. Each style will have a size that corresponds to a sizing chart which is the entire frame width. Small frames are between the sizes 130mm -140mm. Medium frames are between the sizes 140mm - 145mm. Large frames are between the sizes 145mm- 150mm.

How Do I Clean My Glasses?
BLNQ’s blue light glasses are completely fine to clean as you would any other glasses. Using a lens cleaner such as lotion-free dish washing liquid or pre-packaged lens cleaner to gently clean the frame. Then make sure to remove the soap with some water as needed. Once the frame is cleaned, be sure to place them in your BLNQ micro fiber carry case.
